We offer a wide-range of customer service offerings to address almost every need you may have for support or service relating to our test instruments and automated systems.
Calibration
Chroma offers full calibration services for all Chroma instruments and test systems. Three levels of calibration are available: OEM, Z540, and ISO 17025. Advantages of a Chroma calibration service include:
- Calibration data provided
- Any calibration adjustments performed
- Inhouse instrument external surfaces cleaned and vacuumed
- Units checked for full functionality
- Typical Turn-around-time less than two weeks, expedite available
- Repairs can be performed while in our factory if needed
- Factory trained and authorized service personnel
Repair
Chroma provides full warranty and post-warranty repair services for our entire line of instruments and ATE products. In the event our products require repair service, our professional team will get you up and running as quickly as possible with minimal interruption. Our repair services include:
- Factory trained and authorized service personnel
- Ability to troubleshoot difficult repair issues
- Turn-Around-Time less than two weeks when parts are available
- Factory authorized parts
- Instrument surfaces cleaned and vacuumed
- Install mandatory ECOs and mandatory firmware updates where applicable
Training
Chroma offers ongoing Software Application training courses for instrument and test system users. Chroma software solutions include: Power Pro / Battery Pro / Battery Simulator / Captivate & Soft Panels. We understand that over a period time, your team members may need the benefits of up to date Software Application training. Training classes are being offered continuously throughout the year at an affordable price.
- Training can be scheduled at your facility or at our Chroma training center, or via remote sessions
- Chroma team includes factory trained and authorized personnel
- We know the products best because we manufacture them
- Full set of training materials are provided and are yours to keep
Extended Warranties
Chroma offers Extended Warranty contracts that provide you with the peace of mind that your Chroma equipment will operate with the most up time to support your business requirements. Chroma is ready with parts, people, and services to ensure your Chroma products are operating as designed and in your possession to perform the job you purchased them for.
