MIL-STD-704F Standards

The SoftPanel for MIL-STD-704F provides seven test groups in total, including three single-phase AC power test groups (SAC, SVF, and SXF), two three-phase AC power test groups (TAC and TVF), and two DC power test groups (LDC and HDC). This software can be connected via GPIB, RS-232C, USB, and Ethernet, and it supports single/three-phase switching.

Key Features

  • Incorporates MIL-STD-704F avionic regulations
  • Displays test item content
  • Supports editing of the test sequence
  • Supports GPIB/RS-232C/USB/Ethernet communication interfaces
Power Group Test Items
Each power group supports the following test items, as shown below.

Single Phase, 400Hz, 115V

Single Phase, Variable Frequency, 115V

Single Phase, 60Hz, 115V

Three Phase, 400Hz, 115V

Three Phase, Variable Frequency, 115V

High Voltage DC, 270V

After clicking the test item, users can view each test step included. The interface allows users to directly cancel certain test steps or modify parameters such as the voltage, frequency, or duration.

The Advanced function enables editing of the test sequence. Users can add the test items they need and let the software test in sequence.

SoftPanel for Commercial Avionics

RTCA DO-160G Standards

The SoftPanel for RTCA-DO 160G provides seventeen test groups in total. These include six single-phase AC power test groups that can be identified by frequency, which are three groups respectively CF (400Hz), NF (360Hz to 650Hz) and WF (360Hz to 800Hz), plus two conditions of 115V and 230V. The six three-phase AC power test groups follow the same distribution as the single-phase test groups. The remaining five DC power test groups are A28, B28, Z28, B14, and D270. This software can be connected via GPIB, RS-232C, USB, and Ethernet, and it supports single/three-phase switching.
